If you are registering for more than one date at a time, YOU ONLY NEED TO REMIT ONE (1) COPY OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE. Please download the files, fill them out, and either email the completed documents to designedgrindcafe@gmail.com or bring the completed documents with you the day of the event or at the FIRST event you registered for.
